What We Do
The Skillin School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) supports Dr. Waldo T. Skillin Elementary School in South Portland, Maine. We help make our school a strong, supportive, and welcoming place for students and families. We:
Build community through family events and activities.
Support learning with programs, enrichment, and classroom resources.
Keep families informed and involved by connecting parents, caregivers, and staff.
Raise funds for extras that make school special: field trips, playground updates, cultural events, and teacher appreciation.
Together, we make Skillin a place where every child can learn, grow, and belong.
Whether you want to stay informed, share ideas, or just join the fun—we’d love to have you with us!
