Many companies will match charitable donations made by their employees. This match can double (or triple) your contribution!
For most employer systems, the easiest way to find the Skillin School PTA is to search for our tax payer ID (EIN 01-0493079).

As soon as you make your donation. Some companies distribute corporate matching funds right away, while others process them once a quarter. Some companies have strict time constraints within which employees are required to submit corporate match applications. If your company offers corporate matching, please apply for it right away.

Field trips for all Skillin students at no expense to their families,
Visiting guest speakers, authors, and illustrators,
Enrichment programs and experiences (Chewonki Traveling Natural History Program),
Surprise and delight events for every student, like Popcorn Friday on the first Friday of the month, and
Supplying necessities like clothing, winter gear, school supplies and books for our students that may be in need.

A stocked teacher's lounge with coffee, snacks, and treats that keep them energized throughout the school day,
Monthly themed teacher appreciation days where we supply food & drinks for all Skillin teachers & staff,
A dedicated week in May centered on Teacher Appreciation activities, and
Extra special thanks at the holidays and end of the school year.
We fundraise to strengthen our community with…
School events where all Skillin families are welcome at no charge such as the Ice Cream Social & End of the Year BBQ Bash,
Snacks, drinks, and entertainment at our monthly Playground Meetups that allow Skillin families to have an informal gathering in a safe environment where students and parents can meet for a couple hours during the weekend to play, and
Kindergarten family welcome events with interactive Meet & Greet experiences and a "Tears & Cheers" Breakfast on the first day of school.\
