The PTA Board Needs You!
Have you ever thought about getting more involved at Skillin or with the PTA but wondered if you'd have the time? We hear you, and we want you to know: there's a spot on the PTA board that might be just right for you.
We're looking for new board members to step into three key roles for the 2025–2026 school year:
President — The heart of the operation. This role carries the biggest time commitment, coordinating with the school and leading our monthly meetings. It's meaningful, high-impact work — and it can be shared as a Co-President role, so you're never doing it alone.
Vice President — A fantastic entry point into board leadership. You'll support the President and help where needed, but the time commitment is light and flexible. Co-VP is also an option — grab a friend and do it together!
Treasurer — Keep the books and help make sure every fundraiser dollar goes where it matters. Great for anyone who likes organization and numbers, and yes, this one can be a co-role too.
No prior PTA experience required. No need to have all the answers. There’s a strong base, and you’ll be supported every step of the way. What matters most is that you care about Skillin kids and want to help make this community even stronger.
